This week in Chicago, we lost one of our favorite radio DJs to cancer. The outpourings of affection from friends and fans were stunning (we should all be so missed). I will never see his like again, and I am tired of seeing irreplaceable things disappear. To me, The American Bystander is another one of those irreplaceable things, and I will do what I can to keep it going as long as possible.
All volcano jokes aside, I hope you are doing better. That looks like it's out of a cheap horror movie. Hero giblets in gravy.
