Some people call The American Bystander “the last great humor magazine.” Few call it “the gangster of love.” A vanishingly small number call it “Maurice.” All we know is, since 2015, we’ve published a luxe comedy quarterly featuring an all-star team of writers and cartoonists. Some of whom occasionally, yes, speak of the pompitous of love.
