Who are we?

We are The American Bystander, a quarterly print comedy magazine. The New York Times called us “an essential read for comedy nerds.” Newsweek says we’re “the last great humor magazine.” They are both correct.

We are TwoFiftyOne.net, Bystander’s home for short online comedy.

And now we are also The American Bystander’s Viral Load, this newsletter, the third branch of our media empire, where you’ll hear from the editors and get a steady stream of essential comedy from the web and our magazine.
